Serve the ciulamaua with hot polenta. Good appetite!!!
- chicken meat (4 thighs)
- 2 onions
- 1-2 tomatoes
- 2 peppers
- 7-8 cloves of garlic
- sweet Boya
- salt pepper
- 200 ml. sour cream
- 1-2 tablespoons flour
- green parsley
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken ciulama:
Wash the chicken legs, portion the meat and sauté it in oil with onion and finely chopped peppers.
Add the diced tomatoes, add salt, pepper and a glass of water.
Boiling time 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat, let the stew cool a bit. Add the crushed garlic, sour cream mixed with flour and let the ciulamaua boil a little longer. Finally add the finely chopped parsley.
